LAMUGINE ( GHANAIAN GINGER DRINK) SIMPLIEST WAY TO MAKE

LAMUGINE is a Ghanaian ginger drink made with cloves ginger and grains of selim. Populary known in the northern region of Ghana. Its usually served at occasions . it also helps cure flu or cold. INGREDIENTS 1. cloves 2. Ginger 3. Grains of selim 4. Sugar| Honey 5. 5 Lemons 6. Dry Pepper 7. Water STEP ONE Heat saucepan with about 2 cups of water on medium heat Remove the ginger skin, Wash your spices ( cloves, dry pepper, ginger) Add the Spices into the water let it boil for about 10 min Leave it to cool for about 5 mins STEP TWO Blend the spices with the water together untill you obtain a smooth texture Sift the mixture add your squeezed Lemon, honey or sugar and stir STEP THREE Pour your mixture ( drink ) in a jar and referigerate it SERVE IT COOL WITH ICE CUBES ENJOY

JOLLOF RICE PREPARATION|10 mins COOK TIME|50 mins ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL RECIPE FROM WEST AFRICA | ITS A GREAT COMBINATION WTH CHICKEN, COWMEAT,FISH AND SALAD. YOU CAN ADD(SHITO)A GHANANIAN SAUCE FOR A MORE TRADITIONAL TASTE INGREDIENTS 1.500G Jasmine Rice 2.One full Garlic 3.1 White an red onions 4.Four Hot Red Peppers or Mild 5.Ginger 5.Vegetabel Oil or Sunflower Oil 6.Three Bayleaves 7.150g Tomato puree 8.Three tsp of salt 9.Three tsp of Currypowder 10.One tsp of black groundpepper 11.500ml Of Chickenstock or Meatstock 12.One Maggi cube METHOD< STEAM CHICKEN OR MEAT STEP 1 Blend garlic,ginger and onions together. Heat saucepan to medium heat, add washed chicken or meat into the saucepan,put half of the blended garlic,ginger and onions with one maggi cube and one tsp of salt and bayleaves. Steam for about 7 minutes. After seven minutes set the chicken or meat aside. Put a new saucepan on medium heat ,add sunflower oil or vegetable oil fry steamed chicken or meat until golden brown. STEP 2 Heat oil in a saucepan on medium heat and fry chopped onions for one and half minutes then add the tomato puree for three to four minutes, stir often, add fresh tomatoes with hot red pepper,fry for six minutes or more . Then add three bayleaves, spices and two tsp of salt. Under low heat wait for aboout four to five minutes then add your washed rices,pour in chicken or meatstock. Stir,cover wait for 50 minutes. And Then BOOM Food is ready ENJOYYY
